Taking supplements to fight the process of aging is gaining in popularity. Multivitamins have been used for the most part safely, for years. Herbal remedies are also growing in popularity. This type of anti aging supplement may claim to accomplish many different things depending on the type of ingredients. Some of the ailments this type of supplement offers to help cure include memory problems and lack of energy. Some over the counter herbal medications also claim to help the buyer sleep, reduce joint pain, and even improve the appearance of aging skin.
